FAQ: 

When should I book?

You should book at least one month in advance to ensure your date and character is available.

How does it work?

Simply send fill out the "book now" form, or if you  prefer email or call us. We will get back to you within one business day to confirm all the details. From there, we will send you a confirmation email with all your details and how to send a deposit! Once the deposit is received, your entertainment is booked and you can rest knowing your party is in great hands.

What do we need?

We bring everything we need for a successful party! A room big enough for dancing and story time is needed! If possible, a table and two chairs for makeup is also preferred, but it is not mandatory.

Policies: 

Supervision

Please make sure that you are present in the room while your Character is visiting. Just like any job, physical/verbal abuse of either the performer, their supplies or costumes will not be tolerated and we ask that you deal with the perpetrator immediately. 

Payment

50% of your payment is due via e-transfer upon booking. The remainder can be paid before the party by e-trasnfer or day of by sealed envelope.

Cancellation

We know life  happens! We can always work with you to reschedule. However, if you must completely cancel the party we will retain the 50% deposit fee.

In the event of an extreme circumstance (illness, weather, etc), Fairy Skye reserves the right to reschedule your party. However, in the rare occasion where the above occurs,  Fairy Skye will either refund your deposit, or reschedule at a date convenient to the client
